How to Make Lasan Kheema

  • Fry Onion, add ground masala and then kheema, fry.
  • Add two cups pf hot water and cook the kheema. Remove from fire when water has dried out.
  • Put the kheema in a big lagaan or deep thali. Spread out evenly. Chop garlic very fine and sprinkle over kheema along with jeera and chilli powders. Squeeze lemon over it all.
  • Then break eggs one by one and spread over kheema.
  • Make the ghee piping hot and pour over the eggs.
  • Do not stir but tilt the vessel so that the eggs are covered with the ghee and cooked.
  • Then strain off extra ghee and seve for an early winter morning breakfast.
