Ingredients

  • 1 - garlic, whole bulb
  • 3 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 12 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • A bunch - coriander
  • 1 tbsp - oil for frying

How to Make Lasun Ki Chutney

  • Peel the garlic cloves and fry them with the green chillies, until slightly brown.
  • Remove from pan and grind the garlic and chillies with salt, lime juice and coriander.
  • Grind to a thick consistency.
