Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 2 -4 - Garlic
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Coriander for garnishing

How to Make Lasuni Dal Vada

  • Soak channa dal in lukewarm water for about 30 mins
  • Drain out the water and dry it
  • Add curd and grind the drained dal coarsely in a mixer
  • Crush some garlic and add to it.
  • Add 3-4 tbsp of oil to mixture and salt to taste
  • Add coriander to it
  • Keep aside for about 15 mins and then deep fry.
