Ingredients

  • 1 tin milkmaid
  • 1.5 liter - Milk
  • Sugar as required
  • 1 pack Arrowroot biscuits
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 Mango (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 - Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 to 3 tsp - Sugar
  • 10 mg - china grass
  • How to Make Layer Pudding:

    1. Mix pineapple and mango pieces in sugar in a pan and saute well till it becomes half dried.
    2. Grind the biscuits and mix well with butter.
    3. Cut china grass into small pieces and put into lukewarm water till it melts.
    4. Heat this mix in the stove.
    5. Take milk in a saucepan and heat it.
    6. When it boils, add milkmaid and sugar slowly.
    7. When this custard boils, add melted china grass into it.
    8. Remember both should have the same temperature.
    9. Remove pan from heat and keep it aside.
    10. In a pudding tray, add powdered biscuits and make a layer.
    11. Add fruits to make a layer.
    12. Pour custard slowly and make a layer.
    13. Allow to set.
    14. Many layers as possible.
    15. When it has cooled down, refrigerate
