Ingredients

  • Left-over Turkey roast - 2 cup
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 2 sticks - Cinnamon
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 2 - Cardamoms
  • 8 - whole pepper Corns
  • 2 - dry Red Chillies broken into bits.
  • How to Make Left Over Turkey Roast Devil Dry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chopped garlic, red chillies and pepper corns lightly.
    2. Add the shredded turkey and saute for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
    3. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
    4. Mix well and stir fry for a few minutes.
    5. Serve.
