Ingredients

  • Left-over turkey roast - 2 cup
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 2 sticks - cinnamon
  • 4 - cloves
  • 2 - cardamoms
  • 8 - whole pepper corns
  • 2 - dry red chillies broken into bits.

How to Make Left Over Turkey Roast Devil Dry

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chopped garlic, red chillies and pepper corns lightly.
  • Add the shredded turkey and saute for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Mix well and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Serve.
