Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Saffron colour - a pinch
  • Raw Onion rings
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Lemon and yogurt chilli fry:

    1. Wash the chicken properly and pour lemon on it.
    2. Mix all spices in the curd.
    3. Apply this paste on the chicken and marinate for an hour.
    4. After 1 hour put the chicken in a kadai and cook it on high flame.
    5. Pour oil after the excess water is absorbed.
    6. Cook it till done.
    7. Serve it hot with onion rings and green chutney.
