How to Make Lemon Chicken
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and salt and keep aside for at least 15 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the egg, add the corn flour and mix well. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in this and Deep Fried them in hot oil till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
In another pan, heat the stock along with lime juice. Add salt if required.
When it comes to a boil, add the corn flour mixed with water. When it slowly gets thick, add the fried chicken pieces and mix well till the chicken pieces are well coated.
Switch off the heat and transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
