Ingredients

  • 10 - lemon, big size
  • 10 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - black pepper, powdered
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • black salt as per to taste
  • 1/2 tsp -ginger powder or soonth

How to Make Lemon Pickle

  • Wash the lemon and cut into desired pieces.
  • Now take a heavy platted pan and put lemon and salt in it and mix it.
  • Keep this mixture on fire and boil it but don't stir it.
  • When a frothy foam starts coming up, cover the lemon then put off the fire but don't stir it still.
  • Now cover the pan and keep it aside for one day.
  • On the second day add sugar and other masalas.
  • Mix it lightly and put in dry and air tight container.
