  • 6 slices - any good fleshy fish
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - chillies powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - lime/ lemon juice

How to Make Lemony Fish Fry

  • Marinate the fish with the salt, chillies powder and turmeric powder for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a suitable pan and shallow fry the fish till done.
  • Sprinkle the lime/ lemon juice over the cooked fish, while still hot.
  • Serve with steamed rice or bread.
