  • 4 slices - white bread
  • 4 cups - whole Milk
  • 3 - large eggs
  • 15 tsp - Sugar (approximately)
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup - Almonds and cashews, chopped
  • Raisins, to garnish.
  • Butter, to grease the pan.

How to Make Lip-smacking Bread Pudding

  • Beat eggs in a bowl till slightly fluffy. Add sugar and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add slightly warm milk and mix till sugar dissolves.
  • Mix in the essence.
  • Tear up the bread slices and mix it into the bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the baking dish upto 3/4 the heigh
