  • 4 slices - white bread
  • 4 cups - whole Milk
  • 3 - large eggs
  • 15 tsp - Sugar (approximately)
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup - Almonds and cashews, chopped
  • Raisins, to garnish.
  • Butter, to grease the pan.
  • How to Make Lip-smacking Bread Pudding:

    1. Beat eggs in a bowl till slightly fluffy. Add sugar and mix for 2 minutes.
    2. Add slightly warm milk and mix till sugar dissolves.
    3. Mix in the essence.
    4. Tear up the bread slices and mix it into the bowl.
    5. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    6. Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the baking dish upto 3/4 the heigh
