Ingredients

  • 500 g - Pork liver
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 pieces - Cinnamon
  • 6 - Cloves
  • 1/2 pod - Garlic
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - curds
  • How to Make Liver Kababs:

    1. Cut pork into cubes.
    2. Grind coriander, cinnamon, cloves, garlic and ginger to a fine paste.
    3. Mix curds, pepper and ground spices.
    4. Soak liver pieces in the mixture.
    5. Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 minutes.
    6. Melt a little butter and pour over the liver.
    7. Hold skewers over fire for 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
