Ingredients

  • 500 g - pork liver
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 pieces - cinnamon
  • 6 - cloves
  • 1/2 pod - garlic
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - curds

How to Make Liver Kababs

  • Cut pork into cubes.
  • Grind coriander, cinnamon, cloves, garlic and ginger to a fine paste.
  • Mix curds, pepper and ground spices.
  • Soak liver pieces in the mixture.
  • Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 minutes.
  • Melt a little butter and pour over the liver.
  • Hold skewers over fire for 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
