  • 1/2 kg - liver (goat) (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 - onions, medium sized
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1.5 tbsps - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania powder
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Mint and coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 tbsp - oil

How to Make Liver Masala

  • Mix liver with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder and marinate for 10-15 mins.
  • In a thick bottomed vessel add oil, add sliced onions.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Now, add marinated liver to it and keep stirring.
  • Don't add any water, allow it to fry in the oil only.
  • Fry the liver till done and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
