How to Make

  • Grind the green masala ingredients to smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the spices for 2 mins, add green masala and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add the beans, saute for a while and add 1.5 cups of water and allow it cook on a medium flame. This takes about 30 mins
  • To this, add 3 cups of water, bring the water to a boil, then add the rice, salt, mix well and pressure cook on a low flame for 1 whistle.
