Ingredients

  • Crushed Dry Fruits - 1.25 cups (Badam, Pista, Cashew)
  • Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup

How to Make Lonavala Chikki

  • Heat sugar in a non-stick pan till it melts and turns brown in colour.
  • Add crushed dry fruits and elaichi powder.
  • Transfer it immediately to a greased plate.
  • Spread it evenly with a greased roller pin.
  • Notch with a greased knife. (a slight impression is enough)
  • Allow this to cool. Break it into pieces and serve
