Ingredients

  • 2 - cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - ground Urad Dal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp - ajwain
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Water to knead
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Loved Popri:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add water and make a dough.
    2. Keep it covered for an hour.
    3. Now punch it again and roll out pooris and deep fry them in hot oil.
    4. Serve.
