Ingredients

  • 200 g - home-made paneer
  • 250 g - fat-free cream
  • 200 g - skim milk powder
  • 80 g - fine sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp - pistachio chopped
  • a few saffron strands

How to Make Low Cal Dessert-Kalakand

  • Mix milk powder and cream.
  • Cook in microwave for 2 mins and mix well.
  • Repeat for 6-7 times, cool it down and add sugar.
  • Add paneer, cardamom powder and saffron strands and mix well.
  • If the mix is too thick, add cream garnish with pistachio pieces.
