Ingredients

  • 100 ml - skimmed Milk
  • 100 ml - low-fat Curd
  • 2 to 3 drops - vanilla essence
  • Artificial sweetener powder - equivalent to 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1- banana, small
  • 1 - ripe papaya, small (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 - Orange (take the pulp alone)
  • 1/2 - Apple (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • Grapes - a few seedless ones to garnish
  • How to Make Low Calorie Fruit Pudding:

    1. Mash the banana well.
    2. Mix the mashed banana, skimmed milk, curd, essence and sweetener to a custard like consistency.
    3. Mix the cut fruits well.
    4. Refrigerate the two mixtures separately for about 2 to 3 hours.
    5. Do not freeze.
    6. For Serving:
    7. Take a pudding bowl.
    8. Add the fruit mixture and pour over the custard.
    9. Put a few grapes on top and serve.
