  • 1 cup Besan
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Water

How to Make Low Calorie Mysore Pak

  • Mix the besan and sugar in water till mixture resembles dosa batter.
  • Stir in a large wok on low heat.
  • Add the ghee, stirring all the while, a tbspful at a time.
  • When the mixture turns frothy and starts to turn at the end of the spoon, pour it on a greased plate.
  • Gently shake the greased plate till the mixture settles uniformly.
  • Cut into approximately 20 1-inch square pieces.
