Ingredients

  • 1 - medium onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - Capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp - small Paneer cubes
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - boiled pasta/macaroni
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp - salsa sauce
  • Salt for seasoning

How to Make Low Calorie Pasta

  • Saute onion and capsicum strips in oil, add salt and milk, bring it to boil and simmer for 5 minutes till the milk gets condensed.
  • Add boiled pasta or macaroni.
  • Let it cook for a while and mix well into the milk.
  • Add the sauces and stir well.
  • Garnish with paneer cubes and oregano and serve hot.
  • Can be had with garlic/toasted bread.
