Ingredients

  • 750 gms - Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp - red Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 3 tbsp - red bell peppers, roasted and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - dhania/coriander minced
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 8 pitted Olives
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • How to Make Low calorie potato salad:

    1. Boil the potatoes, drain and then cut them into tiny cube-size pieces.
    2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
    3. Add the mixture to the potatoes and stir well. Serve.
