Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled peas
  • 1 cup - boiled string beans
  • 1 cup - boiled Corn kernels
  • 1 cup - diced apples
  • 1 cup - chopped fresh Pineapples
  • 1 cup - chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup - shredded red Cabbage
  • 1 cup - finely chopped Lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups - low fat Curd
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - chopped fresh Parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Low Fat Diet Salad

  • Take a big salad bowl. Mix all the ingredients from the peas to the cabbage.
  • In another bowl, beat the curd along with the sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this on the vegetables and the fruits.
  • Add in lettuce and garnish with chopped parsley.
