How to Make Low-fat Tomato Soup

  • Boil tomatoes in a pressure cooker.
  • After cooking for a while, make a fine puree with it.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and onion paste and saute.
  • Then, add corn flour to it and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add tomato puree to the pan and allow it to boil.
  • Add water if required, for liquid consistency.
  • Later add basil leaves before serving.
  • Serve hot.
