Ingredients

  • 10 - fresh juicy lychees deseeded
  • 2 slices - Pineapple cubed
  • 1 - orange, segmented, peeled
  • 1 - Apple diced, deseeded
  • 1 - avocado, peeled, diced
  • 1 - yellow Capsicum
  • 1 sprig - Spring onions greens, finely chopped
  • 2 - 3 - salad leaves, shredded roughly
  • For dressing:
  • 1 tsp - Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Basil leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - black sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch - Asafoetida
  • 1 - small flake Garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - prepared mustard paste
  • 1 tsp - white Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - soft Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp - water

How to Make

  • Insert fork in base of yellow capsicum.
  • Hold over flame, till skin gets well charred.
  • Remove, hold under running water, rub till skin is removed.
  • Press out excess water, slice into thin slivers.
  • Keep aside till required.
  • Mix all ingredients for dressing, till flavours are well blended.
  • Mix all prepared fruit in a large salad bowl.
  • Pour prepared dressing over salad.
  • Toss well with fork till well mixed into fruit and veggies.
  • Chill well before serving.
