  • 1 cup - Maida (flour)
  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk (200 g)
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp - cooking soda (soda bicarb)
  • 1/3 cup - oil
  • 1/2 cup - canned lychees
  • 1/4 cup - water

How to Make Lychee Sponge Cake

  • First sieve the maida, baking powder, cooking soda together.
  • Now put all the ingredients in a mixie and blend them well.
  • Take a round glass bowl, coat it inside with ghee or butter.
  • Pour batter into glass bowl.
  • Microwave on 60-80 Cpower for 10 mins.
  • Let it stand for a couple of minutes, before inverting on to a dish.
