Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked (pref sauteed) Chicken pieces
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 packet macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Carrots
  • 1 red onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Celery seeds
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Cream dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise

How to Make Macaroni Chicken Salad

  • Cook macaroni in boiling water
  • Drain and let it cool, take approx. 2 cups of cooked macaroni for salad
  • Mix dressing and mayonnaise, keep aside
  • In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients
  • Add the mixed dressing
  • Toss it well
  • Serve with garlic bread
