Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Macaroni, boiled and drained
  • 1/2 cup - Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2-3 - Green chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Macaroni Rolls :

    1. Mince all ingredients except the oil in a food processor. Do not grind to a paste.
    2. Remove from processor to a bowl and mix well.
    3. Roll out in the shape of 1/2" long sausages.
    4. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
    5. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
    6. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
