Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Onion - 8-10
  • Green chilli - 30
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Oil
  • How to Make Maddur Vada:

    1. Heat some oil in a pan and add it to the rice flour, maida and rava and mix well.
    2. Add finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies and make a thick paste.
    3. Shape into vadas and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with chutney.
