  • 250 g - Boiled red beans
  • 1 kg - Curd
  • 400 g - Desi ghee
  • Turmeric powder
  • chilli powder
  • Cinnamon (grated)
  • Clove

How to Make Madhra

  • Put desi ghee in a pan.
  • Add curd, salt, turmeric, chilli.
  • Let it cook till ghee and curd separate.
  • Stir it all time, then add rajma and grated cinnamon and clove.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes.
