Ingredients

  • Corn flour- 100 g
  • Wheat flour 50 g
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Water- 1/2 l

How to Make Maize Wheat Roti

  • Combine the maize and wheat flour, 1 tbsp of oil and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  • Knead till the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll out each portion into a roti.
  • Heat a griddle on a high flame and when hot, place the roti gently over it.
  • Cook the roti till small blisters appear on the surface.
  • Turn it over and cook for few more seconds.
