Ingredients

  • 1 kg - minced Meat
  • 10 g - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 - nutmeg, ground
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup - mixed dry fruit, chopped
  • 4 tbsp - fresh Cream or malai
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Malai-Mava Stuffed Kabab

  • Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, except the cream and dry fruit.
  • Mix the cream and dry fruits, and make small balls.
  • Take a ball of mince, flatten it, place a small ball of dry fruit mixture in the centre, and enclose it in the mince.
  • Arrange in a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Or skewer them and roast till done.
  • Serve hot.
