Ingredients

  • 1 cup - paneer, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups - frozen Green peas
  • 1/2 cup - light Cream
  • A handful of broken cashews fried in Ghee
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato paste
  • 2 - medium size red Onions
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - khus-khus
  • 1 tsp - masala powder
  • 3 - Cardamom
  • Red Chilli powder
  • How to Make Malai Mutter Paneer:

    1. Grind tomato paste, onions, ginger-garlic paste, khus-khus, masala powder, cardamom and red chilli powder.
    2. Splutter cumin and then add the paste.
    3. Cook for about 10 minutes and add green peas and cook till soft.
    4. Add cream and cook for 15 minutes.
    5. Then add the paneer, cashews and add salt.
    6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
