Ingredients

  • 1 cup - paneer, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups - frozen Green peas
  • 1/2 cup - light Cream
  • A handful of broken cashews fried in Ghee
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato paste
  • 2 - medium size red Onions
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - khus-khus
  • 1 tsp - masala powder
  • 3 - Cardamom
  • Red Chilli powder

How to Make Malai Mutter Paneer

  • Grind tomato paste, onions, ginger-garlic paste, khus-khus, masala powder, cardamom and red chilli powder.
  • Splutter cumin and then add the paste.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes and add green peas and cook till soft.
  • Add cream and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Then add the paneer, cashews and add salt.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
