Ingredients

  • 250g - chicken, chopped into chunks
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 3 pods - Garlic
  • 10 - Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Maloor Chicken:

    1. Marinate chopped chicken in turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder, mix for 15 minutes and boil till partially cooked. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped ginger, garlic, chillies and curry leaves.
    2. Add partially cooked chicken, pepper powder, salt and toss.
    3. Spray some water and stir fry till done.
