  • 2 cups - hung Curd
  • 2 medium sized - mangoes (roughly comes to 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - fresh Lime juice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp - nuts (pistachios), chopped
  • How to Make Mango Frozen Yogurt:

    1. Puree the mangoes, lime juice and 1/2 cup of yogurt in a blender.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining yogurt and sugar till sugar dissolves completely.
    3. Combine the mango mixture with yogurt-sugar mixture together and mix well.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    5. Then take it out and blend the mixture until it becomes soft.
    6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, break the crystals and blend it again until it becomes soft.
    7. Repeat a couple of times until the yoghurt becomes creamy and soft.
    8. Garnish with chopped nuts.
