Ingredients

  • 6 - alphonso mangoes
  • 800 g - sugar
  • 2 - lemons juice

How to Make Mango Jam

  • Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  • Add sugar and cook in a heavy bottomed vessel on a low flame. Stir continuously.
  • When the mixture thickens add little lime juice and mix well.
  • Cook for few more minutes.
  • Cool and store in dry bottles.
