  • 4 - ripe mangoes
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 300 g - Sugar
  • 1 litre - water
  • How to Make Mango Marmalade:

    1. Remove the skins of the mangoes and chop into pieces.
    2. Mash to pulp.
    3. Cook this pulp with 1 litre of water, sugar and lime juice over low heat till the mixture thickens.
    4. Cook and store in the refrigerator.
