  • 1 big sized (1.5 cups approx) - ripe Mango
  • 1/4 cup - Sago (small)
  • 1/2 cup - condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 2-3 tsp - sugar, if needed
  • How to Make Mango sago pudding:

    1. Soak sago for an hour. Wash it to remove excess starch before and after soaking.
    2. Boil enough water and add the soaked sago and cook until it is soft and translucent.
    3. Drain water in a strainer and wash it under running tap water to wash out the excess starch.
    4. Chop the mango and reserve a little for garnish.
    5. Blend the rest with condensed milk, milk and sugar to a smooth paste.
    6. Add more milk if you want to change the consistency.
    7. Transfer to a bowl, add the cooked sago.
    8. Mix well and top with the reserved mango bits.
    9. Tastes great when served chill.
