Ingredients

  • 1 big - Raw Mango
  • 4 tbsp - Coconut (grated)
  • 3 - 4 - Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 5 tbsp - Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mango Salad with coconut:

    1. Cut the raw mango into very small pieces.
    2. Grind the coconut, chillies and mustard into a smooth paste adding the curd. Add salt to the cut mango.
    3. Pour the paste on to the cut mango pieces. Mix well.
    4. The salad is ready.
    5. You can garnish it with curry leaves.
    6. This is a very good side dish with rice and healthy too.
