Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sliced button Mushrooms (use cremini for more flavor)
  • 1 - medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 - red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 Cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper or any other green chilli, minced
  • 1 tbsp - Canola Oil or other vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves
