Ingredients

  • 4 - Corn tortillas, fried or baked crisp
  • 2 cups - shrimps, shelled, deveined and cooked
  • 1 cup - French dressing
  • 2 cups - shredded Lettuce leaves
  • For Salsa:
  • 3/4 cup - cooked beans
  • 2 - ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup - Chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2-3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste

How to Make Mango Toastadas

  • Mix all the ingredients of salsa. Keep aside for 6-7 hours.
  • Arrange tortillas in a plate.
  • Spread shrimps over it.
  • Pour the salsa over it.
  • Garnish with French dressing and lettuce leaves.
