Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 16 - lychees
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • Ice cubes as required
  • How to Make Mango yogurt smoothie:

    1. Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate. Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze. Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker.
    2. Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend.
    3. Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again.
    4. Serve in tall glasses.
