Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 16 - lychees
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • Ice cubes as required

How to Make Mango yogurt smoothie

  • Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate. Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze. Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker.
  • Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend.
  • Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve in tall glasses.
