How to Make Masala Biscuits

  • Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees centigrade.
  • Sift flour with baking powder, sugar, and salt, add Ghee and mix well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and knead into a firm but pliable dough. (If the mixture is too stiff, some more curd can be added.)
  • Roll the dough into a sheet, about 5 mm thick.
  • Cut with a biscuit cutter (6-7 cm diameter) and place on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake till done - about 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an air tight container.
