Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups - water
  • 1/2 tsp - tea leaves
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 1 - Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/4" piece - Cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp - condensed Milk (unsweetened)
  • 3 - dried rose petals/ 2-3 drops rose water.
  • How to Make Masala Chai:

    1. Boil water and add all ingredients except condensed milk, and simmer for 2 mins.
    2. In the cup, pour out the tea and then add milk little by little till you get the right colour.
