Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • Bread - 6 slices
  • To grind:
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Coriander - 2 tsp chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Oil

How to Make Masala French Toast

  • Beat eggs well. Add milk and beat again.
  • Grind all the other ingredients to a smooth paste.
  • Add the paste to the beaten eggs and milk
  • Transfer the egg mixture to a shallow wide bowl.
  • Heat a shallow frying pan and one 1 tsp oil.
  • Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture and fry in the pan with minimum oil.
  • Turn over and cook the other side till both sides are done.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup
