How to Make Masala Prawns

  • Clean the prawns and keep aside.
  • Grind the ingredients for the paste and marinate the prawns in this mixture.
  • In a kadai, heat oil, saute onions till golden brown. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds.
  • Now put the marinated prawns in it and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add a cup of water and cook till the prawns are done.
  • Then roast it till the oil separates.
  • Serve hot.
