  • 10 - Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp - white Sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 4 tsp - fried gram
  • Fried Coconut powder/fry grated Coconut
  • 8 tsp - Sugar
  • 10 - cashews
  • 1/2 tbsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Masala Samosas:

    1. Fry sesame seeds and poppy seeds separately till it gets light brown.
    2. Mix all ingredients (except for egg roll) and powder it using a mixer. Take one sheet egg roll wrapper cut a big circle shape using a circular lid (cut as big as you can).
    3. Keep 2 to 3 spoons of mixed stuffing in the middle of the cut circle.
    4. Close it as semi circle; stick the ends with a paste of maida and water.
    5. Deep fry the stuffed semi-circles.
