  • 10 - egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp - white sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp - poppy seeds
  • 4 tsp - fried gram
  • Fried coconut powder/fry grated coconut
  • 8 tsp - sugar
  • 10 - cashews
  • 1/2 tbsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Masala Samosas

  • Fry sesame seeds and poppy seeds separately till it gets light brown.
  • Mix all ingredients (except for egg roll) and powder it using a mixer. Take one sheet egg roll wrapper cut a big circle shape using a circular lid (cut as big as you can).
  • Keep 2 to 3 spoons of mixed stuffing in the middle of the cut circle.
  • Close it as semi circle; stick the ends with a paste of maida and water.
  • Deep fry the stuffed semi-circles.
