  • 4 cup - whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
  • 2 - medium sized potato
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 - finely chopped onions
  • 2 to 3 cloves - finely chopped garlic
  • 3 to 4 - finely chopped green chilles
  • coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chat masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Masoor dal ke kebabs

  • Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.
  • Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.
  • Deep fry.
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
