Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - meat, small pieces
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/4 cup - powdered skim Milk
  • How to Make Meat Patties:

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Cook onion and meat on slow flame till tender.
    3. Drain and cool.
    4. Put through food chopper.
    5. Mix all the ingredients except skim milk. Powder well.
    6. Make patties of the mixture.
    7. Roll the patties in milk powder.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins.
    9. Serve hot.
