Ingredients

  • 1 lb - low fat minced Meat (of your choice)
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - Onion Garlic flavored Tomato paste/ Pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese

How to Make Meatloaf Slices or Burgers

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix up all the ingredients (except 1/3rd the sauce and all the cheese).
  • Pat the mixture firmly into an 8 X 8 inch baking dish
  • Bake on the medium shelf for 25 mins.
  • Take it out, spoon the rest of the paste onto it, evenly, followed by an even layer of the cheese.
  • Continue to bake on the top rack for 5-6 mins.
