Ingredients

  • 250 gm - mesu
  • 4 Cloves - garlic, crushed
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Mesu Pickle (Fermented Bamboo Shoot):

    1. Mix all ingredients with mesu. Keep in a closed jar.
    2. Mesu is ready to serve with cooked rice.
