  • 250 gm - mesu
  • 4 Cloves - garlic, crushed
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Mesu Pickle (Fermented Bamboo Shoot)
