  • 1 - Mango (raw)
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • 4-5 - Meethi seeds
  • 4 - Jaggery
  • Few Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • Water for cooking

How to Make Meth Ambaa

  • Remove skin from the mango.
  • Cut mango into small long pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When oil is heated, add mustard seeds, meethi seeds, mango pieces, chilli powder, jaggery, and salt.
  • Add water and let it cook.
  • You can eat meth ambaa with roti.
